"this question is not about to know the true color of adam and eve actually but to know if humans starts with adam and eve or maybe from ape. All i want to know is how did it happen that there are lots of races."
The initial question is the question of creationism vs. evolution. That will continue to be debated until Jesus comes again and we can all get the definitive answer.
As to why there are so many races, there are many different geographical areas in the world and our physical features have adapted over many generations to allow us to survive in those areas.
From a spiritual point of view: God wants us to learn is tolerance, patience, understanding and acceptance. What better way for His children to learn to be more godly (according to His Word - the Bible) than to make us physically different. Accepting others who look different has been a learning and growing experience for me and I have had some of the most loving and caring friendships with those who "look" different than I.
My pastor said it best: God only made two models of people: male and female. Then He created the available options for those models. But underneath it all, we are all God's children, loved equally by God.

Who said that they were white? Note in Ge.25:21 Issac, Rebekah had two nations, twins Esau was red & hairy. Who came from Seth. Ge.5:3, not Cain or Able Ge. 5:28-29, Lamech father of Noah. Here color was not really spoken about only when Esau was born, Ex.2:19, Moses (black) Egyptian, they believe him to be. Ex.4:2-3,4:6-8 turn the rod into a serpent.-Put his hand in bosom, turn leprous as snow.-Return hand again turn the color of his flesh. Lev.13 leprosy ; Miriam. No. 12:1, Miriam , became white as snow. Read Lam. 5:9-10 , our skin was black like an oven because of th terrible famen. When brown or black people get sick or don't eat for along time they get darker. When white or red people get sick or don't eat they get pale. Mat. 2:13 Joseph, Miriam, and the Messiah, fled to Egypt (black) the people were black. Ac. 21:37-39 Paul, was mistaken for and Egyptian dark skin. But does it really matter, if you think what has been said that white people lack pigment , so how you lose something that never had if whites started first? If blacks started first than the lost of pigment do to sickness or lack of nutrition will make sense. Even damage genes.

Recent discoveries show that the cradle of humanity was in Africa. I personally believe Adam and Eve were the first humans to have evolved from whatever the heck we evolved from. Every culture portrays God in there own image; and rightly so! God created the HUMAN race. By the way, did you knw that DNA research shows that there is no difference between "Blacks", "Whites", or other "races"? All humans can be traced back through DNA back to a woman who lived in Africa.

Know fact is that we all originated from Africa, thru thousands of generations, people walked and migrated to all parts of the world that has very different climate which can change their looks.
As for white people, their route went up to the north pole, generations of them living in snowy conditions, covered up in heavy clothing, not getting enough sunlight for Vitamin D. So their skin color lighten up to obsorb maximum sunlight. Their skin color got a lot lighter by the time they moved down to europe.
Paintings you see of Adam and Eve are done by Euroepean, so they draw it like the way they look themselves. They should actually look more like dark skin Africans. Even Jesus is northern African, having very dark colored skin only makes sense.
So Artists from our generations might be able to make portraits of them more accurately with our knowledge today.

I always attributed it to the city of Babel. I understand most of the world's population was close to the city. When God punished the builders in the city, He changed everyone's dialect so no one could communicate with another. People started leaving the city, migrating to other parts of the world. I assume everyone looked the same (whatever color it was, black, white, eastern, whatever). After they left the city, their skin began to change over time. I also wouldn't put it past God to change everyone's skin color in Bable. The Bible doesn't speak of it (to my knowledge), but it could've happened.
Read The Case for Faith by Lee Stroble. I think he tackles this question as well as others.

Who says they were white. The Garden of Eden has been traced back to Africa. Needless to say they probably werent white. But who actually cares.Jesus died for all of us and that is more important than what race He or whe were born into.We were formed from dirt and we will return to dirt, and dirt comes in all different colors. :-)
