I found it! it's difficult to find it because you're not a Greek and don't write with Greek letters...

The previous answer is really very good, excellent deciphering. I just wanted to let you know that the letter Σ you have interpreted as E is in fact an S. I know it is being used in films like My big fat greek wedding as an E, but indeed it is S. And the double T you mention is pronounced like P (do you know the same sign from maths, Π=3,14)
