I would be prefer to be the employer. Greater challenge and more incentive to make things happen. The pressure and responsibility :)

Employee. The employer works worse hours, stresses more over sales, and is on call all the time for his business. I'd rather be earning good money as an employee than stressing as an employer. I don't like stress in my life. I'd love to just walk out the door at night and leave work at work. Employers cannot do that.

I have been both an employee and an employer. Being an employer means a lot more responsiblities and pressure but I would prefer being an employer anytime !!
