This guy was never my boyfriend, but she knew how special he was to me, i freaken loved him for like 2.5 yrs, i left on vacation for a month and a half, and she decides to talk to him, or whatever, then they went out behind my back, without ever asking if it was okay, i mean she knew how much i loved him, even though he was never my official boyfriend, now that she has dated him for about 6 months things didn't go well between them so they broke up, now she wants to come back to me and be my best friend once again, like everything is okay, because now she has no friends, since she was to busy with him, what would you do? Should i let her into my life right away or even give her a second chance? Please help me, i would greatly appreciate it! I want to know what you think... thanks alot!!!

Dear Friend,

That person is not your friend. She hurt your feeling and invaded your life for a brief moment of happiness from what you wanted.

If someone is your friend they will respect you. How can she do that get rid of her she will do it again.

People are so unpredictable they do thing sometimes without any intent but it just happens, but she knew how you felt about this guy and that was WRONG of her.

GET RID OF HER SHE WILL DO IT AGAIN.

You can get other friends.

muggles, very good answer.

In general:

If he asked you out, but you turned down, it's your responsibility.

If he enjoyed making out with you, but didn't bother to pursue later, it's his responsibility. If you want to control this relationship it's important not to let others interfere now. He might still ask you out, why he didn't, who knows. If you still want him to ask you out, it's very important that he's your first priority.

You don't have to avoind he or be mean to her, but you have to have your priorities straight.

Another issue is if you knew your best friend before you met him. In this case she's your priority before him as long as she doesn't interfere. If she was your old time friend, but you neglected her it's totaly ok for her to go for your guys

You have to be there for your friend, guys come and go. Once you are a true friend you can start to assert your territory.

Two girls can never be best of friends. They keep bitching around. A boy & gurl make better friends. They will be more loyal to each other. Dont try to be an Angel & dump her. Wishes.

NO!!! She does not deserve a second chance. This is not, and never was, your "best" friend. or any kind of friend at all..You deserve better. And she is already getting what she deserves.....Be glad you found out what kind of person she is....and don't let her back into your life!!

I don't know why you stopped being friends in the first place-he wasn't your boyfriend,so,he didn't cheat on you,and she didn't steel him from you-they fall in love-you are the one who have to realize that in this case it wasn't a betrayal-when two people are in love, you have to respect it,especially because she is your friend! You are suppose to wish happiness to your friends!
