I doubt if you will be able to find a website or a person to edit your manual for free. Read the information about technical writing from the websites below. In addition, check out books from your local library on technical writing to learn how to present your ideas powerfully, forcefully and succinctly. Otherwise, you may have to hire a technical writer.
