First the hypothyroid condition requires medical administration of treatment required.It includes so called supressour of inhibiting the tyroid hormones,etc.There's no restriction in dietary regime,but with certainty I would recommend strongly a healthy meals,with plenty of active ingredients derived from veggies and fruits,cereals and not fat meat.For any medical condition(disease) it is preferable to be taken much water and food rich in Vitamins and Microelements..Good luck!
