Loosing 5lbs in one day sounds a bit unhealthy to me.
My guess would be that you loose water weight, and not actually fat.
Keep in mind that each pound of fat equals about 3,000 calories. There just isn't a way to burn off that MANY calories (of fat) in one day.

First of all don't do any diet where you cant eat it is not healthy! Second the best diet foods are the ones that are high in fiber. Fiber makes the body burn up calories. But always eat a healthy snack. When dieting it is best too eat many times a day like every 2 hours something like carrots or fruit. This keeps your metabolism up. Drink plenty of water! I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

This is probably a water based drink. Drinking water all day and not eating would also make you lose weight. Not a wise decision, but it would work. The drink that you saw probably has some of the nutrients that you need throughout a day, so it is a better option than water. But, if you aren't eating...don't you think that you would lose weight? No food, no mass...no food, no life tho.

You consume fewer calories and therefore lose weight if you keep eating the same way. Drinks with sugar in can add 200 to 300 calories to you deit, so you can see that cutting back and just drinking diet drinks in place of sugar drinks can help. The best way to lose weight is to change your the way you eat, You should eat more veggies and fruits, These are quality foods and give you some great nutrients and best way to lose weight

I personally don't recommend those diet drinks, but basically you lose weight because you are starving your body. You body needs to actively digest food and when you are drinking all your meals, digestion isn't complete. By the way, losing 5 pounds is nothing. That is basically water weight and not fat that you lose when you do it that way.

hi! i dont belive those stuff,cause it is just advertisement,and it doesnt do anything and taste like nothing! i drink normal sodas and it taste better...good luck!
