Yes, Jesus Christ proved it again and again. You must have faith though. If it were proven without a doubt, there would be no point.

No one can prove the existence of a soul just as no one can disprove it. The question of a soul is a spiritual question and science cannot be used to answer spiritual questions.

There can never be "natural" proof for anything that is supernatural - almost by definition. Just about anything that is complex dumbfounds scientists - they speculate and make wild guesses (they call them "theories" - makes them seem more respectable), and on some issues where evidence is weak (global warming springs to mind), they try to intimidate skeptics by calling them names or refuse to let their side be heard by appealing to "consensus". Consensus is political - nothing to do with science.

Do you have thoughts? Surely so, you asked a question.
Do you make free choices?
Do you imagine things you have never seen?

If we had no souls, we could do none of these things but only react as programmed.

There is no proof. The "21 grams" theory mentioned above is not taken seriously by science. You can read where this idea came from here: http://www.snopes.com/religion/soulweight.asp

No, but when all people die they lose 21 gr of their weight. Doctors say its gases or fluids or whatever but there are some who say that it is the soul living the body. (this happens with alla people when they die, young or old, fat or slim, all lose 21 gr)
