Yeah, I imagine he can, though. While we have to pick one or the other, being an omnipotent deity, God could probably bend the rules of reality or just re-write them altogether so He could draw a circular triangle and then freak you out for days as you stared at it going "bugger me... a circular triangle... and oh my God, what's up with this cubical sphere?! Good grief, is this a one sided tetrahedron?! MY BRAIN HURTS!!!"

Yes, I had to do that one time to please 2 different devotees of Mine who both deserved an answer to their prayers. One needed a circle, the other a triangle. It's really easy for a Goddess to do.
