5 kilos a week is way too much. It is generally unhealthy for a person to lose more than 2 pounds a week except for the first week when he or she will be losing a lot of water weight. 3500 calories equals one pound so she'd have to be depriving herself 38580.5 calories a week minus the amount that she burns in a day. She's gonna have to strave herself and do heavy work outs for hours and hours to burn such amount of calories.

Your sister should try cutting down on calories and all unhealthy foods while exercising. That's probably one of the most effective ways.

I would recommend checking out www.mypyramid.gov where you can create an eating plan specifically for your age and calorie level.
