Why is it that you still consider yourself to be a "boy" at the age of 20? Ejaculating is one of the things that the penis is designed to do, so yes, it is safe. You need to work on becoming a more self-confident person. There is no need to seek out others approval as to the length and size of your penis. Better yet, apply some of that concern in others areas of your life. There are a lot more important things in life than penis size.

20yr old man not boy.Ejaculating at that rate is quite healthy for it gives room for the new developed sperms.Size is really not of much importance.You might have it at 20 cm and the best it will do you is to bend every time you`re having sex and it will only cost you your girl friend assuming you`re not gay.The extra big it is the more painfull it`ll be for your boo.I`d advice you to practice how to use it better and don`t really concentrate on it`s size coz that`s a standard size.Peace out.

Ejaculation is how the sperm reaches the egg during intercourse. I don't think you can overdo the ejaculation.
