There is no piece of paper that you can sign that will release anyone from being liable in a court of law should things go wrong. If there was extraction could be done cheaply in some cases. Tooth Extraction caries risk and things do go wrong sometimes. As long as you live in the United States of America, Dentistry shall be expensive an you will be doomed to suffer if you are poor. The lawyers who run our country wouldn't have it any other way.

It depends where you are why when people ask these questions dont they give their location it would make it a lot easier for people to anwser... generally a dental school, some places the county health clinics , a dental van check with your local hospital re the dental van.. check your white pages for community services and then call ask the community action people should know also try places like st vincent de paul, salvation army.... this should put you in the right direction...good luck and get some pain killers after its pulled there is a rule so you dont get a dry socket which is when the blood clot that forms becomes dislodged and the actual socket where the tooth was becomes exposed to the air... it is more painful than a migrane or child birth I am serious... so dont smoke, suck on a straw or anything esle... or spit this can casue it to become dislodged too.. and if you experience a fever or become very ill aftewards and cant get back into the dentsist go to the hospital imedialty...

My dad will do it. He use to threaten me when I was a little tot. He told me that he would tie a string to the lose tooth, tie the other end to the door knob, and slam the door! It only hurt for a minute or so, the real pain came when my mother found out that dear old dad put a hole in the wall. Good Luck!

I went to get an emergency filling at the hospital in Aberdeen. It wasn't free for me but I think you can get free treatment if you are under 16, in full time education or on benefits.
