If Satan made you an offer you could not refuse, offered you everything the world has to offer, and at the same time God offered you eternal life in heaven, which would you choose?

To those who provide lame answers for the purpose of 2 lousy points, so be it. Thanks to the ones that gave the better answers. Sometimes I wonder why an atheist would bother answering questions of faith, but I realize atheism is a religion of its own. Athiests hate Christians, and thats a fact. I can see it in about half of the replies. But thats on them, not me.

Well since satan would be lying simply becasue of who he is I would go with god. Besides I would rather have something that last longer than this life.

No. Athiests don't hate anyone. Why would we? We don't feel the need to force our ideas down people's throats like militant christians and Islamists, such as yourself. Athiesm is not a religion as you claim; it is very equitable. As well as your christian gods and devils, I don't believe in the hindu ones or the islamic one or the voodoo ones or the wicca ones or the sun god Ra or apollo or zeus or the egg god or the chicken god or, in fact, any of the 5000 other gods people like you insist on worshiping. How do you find the time?
Wouldn't you rather be doing something useful. Why don't you spend the time you spend being lectured to by a priest, helping the poor or stopping the death penalty? Isn't that what your religion is all about? I'll bet you've never given a cent away and support the death penalty, right?. Boy, are your gods gonna be pissed with you!
I sit back, relaxed, and watch you frothing at the mouth over a fairy story, and I laugh and laugh.

I'm not an atheist, please know this before reading the rest of my answer.
Satan doesn't exist, so that would never happen. God exists, and He offers everyone eternal life in heaven if we follow Him.
If we neglect God and seek our own earthly pleasures and vanities, then we'll be poorly equipped for the next life. It's just common sense to choose God, even if Satan doesn't exist. I can't see any other point, at least not at this moment.

I would choose not to call people biooootccccchhhhh like you always do.
It would be cooler if you hid your rage against women a bit.
It is hard to walk around carrying that kind of hate and anger and it will give you cancer at some point.
I copied your own answer to another question so you could read it:
"Calling others that dont agree with ur point of view is offensive, and very liberal minded."

As an Atheist -
thats a tough question.
I dont see much difference just a choice of where you want to be. I guess I would stick with the world - its not such a bad place.

I would rather settle for that will last eternity than settle for something that will only last my life time. Things of the world only last a certain time. Eternity is never ending.

Def God. Satan only decieves, and feasts on competeing with God and trying to win his way, whatever way that may be.

i think the main difference would be that people in hell are separated forever from relationship with God.
imagine never ever ever being able to be with your best friend again.
eternal life in heaven is sooo much better than anything else.

If evil offered me love, power, wealth & fame, I would still choose eternal life.
Why? Because evil cannot give what is doesn't have. Instead of love, I would get cheap sex. Instead of of fame, I would probably become famous in my death; thereby not enjoying it.
