Of course they can. =)

There are screen readers that have voice output, most used program today is probably "JAWS". Some people use standard desktops and laptops, others use the Braille kind or simple voice recognition software where spoken text is picked up and
"translated" into writing by software. It's pretty cool what's possible today, also for people with mobility issues such as quadriplegics.

Of course they can but the keys have to be in braille as well as the returning data. There are several devices that allow the blind to accept input from the internet as well as television and radio.

ABSOLUTY YES......... of course most people in the old days did not look at the keys. I was taught to type you had a cover over the keys to pass typing class you had to be able to do so with the keys covered and a blind person could also have the keys covered with a brail device... this is how they did it with a typewriter...

Of course they can memorise the keys or just get themselves a braille keyboard. You also get programs that you can install that actually verbally tells you the functions or where you can read into the computer mic and as you read, it types the words on the computer.

Yes,of course they can if they get a braille keyboard and a little help getting set up.Microsoft Sam is always there, ready and waiting to tell them what's on their screen.Pity he has such a dorky way of talking, but his voice is not too bad and you can understand him.I even use him myself sometimes to read long documents while I sit back and drink coffee. He might sound like a dork, but I like him and he never gets tired or bored.
