a bit of both, at 16 you know the difference between right and wrong. a 21 year should never touch a 16 year old, if they do its for one reason only (sorry cooks but you live and learn). if he did something that you are not comfortable with then say something.... rape is never the girls fault. EVER

U were just 16 and innocent. But not that much innocent we can say. At 16 now a days gals and guys know everything more than they should know so u were also in fault at a stage, but he definately took advantage bcause he was matured and he should have stopped u.

Simple reply: YES My closest buddy is male and he was once raped as soon as by way of his then female friend, he was once blacked out on the time. Rape in it is such a lot fundamental definition is compelled intercourse. Also in a few international locations forcing an item, no longer only a frame facet, into *special locations* is assessed as rape, or snoozing with anyone beneath a special age would possibly rely as rape. So in such international locations if a girl did that to a male she might be raping him.

If you had sex with this man, then he is dead wrong because you are a minor. He is the one who took advantage - you are innocent here. If he forced you into bed, then you should see that he is prosecuted because he may be doing this with minors and it is against the law. I hope and pray that you used safer sex when you were with him.

he took advantage. when you're 21 if you ever see a guy who's 21 dating someone under 18. you're gonna look at him as a scumbag.

If you are more than friends thats statutory rape on his part. You should try to stick to men closer to your own age. Since you didnt really give us any details its hard to say if he took advantage of you or not, but I would advise you discontinue seeing him.
