Well I suggest take a break.. do something completely different which is not related to your current activity.. For eg : If you're studying then get out of the house, go for a short walk or a swim and then come back and try studying.. I'm sure you'll find that your concentration levels are higher than before.. And also if you're into smoking or drinking-Get rid of the habit, NOW!!!

Try starting on a regimen of St. John's Wort and Focus Factor.
Both are great products, have used them personally. Another good one is SAM-e.
