If they want to look for it yes. If they are suspicious that you might be using "clean" urine, they may run a DNA test and then they'll know its not you for sure. Don't do it.

If you are talking about sub'ing during a UA there is ways to tell from the sample. Levels of testosterone and other things in the test give it away.

They can tell, because the hormones present in the human body that determine gender also appear in urine. This is also how they can tell if a woman is pregnant. The hormone levels change.

i doubt it but once i knew a man that was going in for a drug test and he knew he would fail it cause he smokes pot well he got his woman to pee in a cup and he somehow took it in with him and used her urine (they didn't watch him pee) and when the results came back they said sir, do you know you are pregnant?
His wife was pregnant and he didn't get the job

Yes, in fact in the Olympics that is one thing they check. Did you know that there was one female that was not subjected to a urine test in the olympics for this....can you guess who?...........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
