The smartest most effecient way to lose weight is (AND IM TALKING AFTER EXPERIENCE):
1- Watch the portion size you eat (don't eat in big amounts and don't eat too quickly, eat slowly and ENJOY URE FOOD)
2- Drink lots and lots of water (it flushes out your body from toxins, and it keeps you clean from the inside)---> I've had good experience with that!
3- Stay away from EVERYTHING THAT IS FRIED and SWEETS (remember these are EMPTY CALORIES which means they only add to your weight without giving you any health benefits (candy, cookies, doughnuts, cream...)......... now if you feel like eating a chocolate, don't refrain... have a piece.
4- Make sure you have enough Fiber (from fruits, vegetables, whole grains...)
5- FAD diets never work, coz you lose the water in you and not the fat ---> you'll regain your weight when you quit them.
6- Exercise (30 minutes per day should do it) and do weight training coz when you build muscles, your metabolism increases and you lose fat and weight faster. THE MOST IMPORTANT!!!
7- Write a food diary about what you're eating and count your calories, I would reccomend: www.calorieking.com
Don't think of it as a diet (coz once you finish, you'll turn to your old habits) but make it your new, improved and healthy lifestyle....

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

its not good to take diet pills best way is do not eat after six eat low calorie but be sure you will eat balance food exercise everyday like me i lose 12 kilos that's what i did....good luck!

Scale weight by itself is not a good indicator of success.
