like if you have a blood diesease or something how long you think it would take meps to notify you

Those answers should have been answered for you while you were at MEPS. It's USUALLY a one stop shop. However, if you had mentioned that something was/may be wrong, or are pending a waiver, the turn around time is 2-3 weeks.

It shouldn't take too long. I would guess a couple of weeks at most. Those recruiters want you in and they want you in today. Also, they always have a big push at the end of the month. That would put you at about two weeks until the end of June. Your recruiter will let you know as soon as things come back clean. If you haven't heard anything in ten days or so, I would call.
