Water does not make fat. It will add to your weight, but only until you pee (water weight). Temperature makes NO DIFFERENCE, unlike what some of these people think. (Where do they get this crap from??)

For the first couple of weeks water will make you bloat! Until your body gets use to it! Cold water is best! When you drink cold water it burns calories to warm the water to your body temp. 8 glasses a day is good for you! But if you drink half you body weight (in ounces) a day you will lose weight! For instance, if you weigh 200 pounds, then you would drink 100 ounces a day! If you weigh 150 pounds then you would drink 75 ounces a day! Just don't over do it! Believe it or not you can drown yourself from drinking too much water! Hope this helps you!

Just plain water has no calories, you will not get fat. But is possible to drink too much. Drink 8-10 cups a day. It is said that room temperature water is the best for the stomach.

It wont make you fat if you dont drink with a lot of sweets and cakes. But you should care to drink enough of water, because body without it feels more tired, your skin became worse and also your immunitet falls down. You should drink normal temperature, +20-+30 c

No..water is quite un-caloried. It will not make you fat. It is ideal to keep hydrated, and drink enough water. The water that requires the body to burn the most calories is cold water. So, if you are looking for that extra boost in weight loss..keep it very cold.

drink water to your hearts content, i mean really, what harm can it do,
Water constitutes 2/3 of the human body
Water has 2 main functions in the metabolic process
1. It delivers oxygen and nutrients to different parts of the body.
2. It removes toxins and waste from the body.
why would temp be a factor? but i drink from a jug from a grocery store

for sure cold water is best for losing weight. your body actually burns calories to heat cold water up to your body temperature. if you are running or exerting yourself you then want to drink room temperature as to not waste energy. as far as drinking too much i wouldn't recommend it is actually rough on your kidneys. if you stay well hydrated your body will actually pass water through your system better. so putting this all together i would say drink the recommended amount (8 glasses) of cold water

Yes, room temperature water is good for digestion when you are having dinner/lunch/breakfast.
Next, when you are studying or doing something which requires focus and attention, it is best to have warm water. not boiling but close to warm (boiling)
You should have cool water after you work out in the sun and come back.
