Simply put...you need to end it with her. She obviously has no regards for you feelings which will only get worse with marriage. She is not ready to settle down and you are worth more that she gives you. I know it is hard to accept but she is just not where you are and you don't need that pain.
Is she were to marry you and be monogamous, she would cheat later on down the road.
