I agree 100% that Mcafee has better security coverage then Norton Anti Virus. However, to be completely honest you will not find a "good" virus protection software for free. I suggest going to your local walmart or bestbuy and buying a Mcafee homesecruity pack. They are about $30, I have it, It's great. Mcafee runs automatic virus scans and automatic updates, Theres also this cool feature that shows a world map of exactly where your computer is being acessed by tracing I.P.'s. I feel completely secure with it.

go here http://www.download.com/

They are a good and safe site. Been around for a long time..
Download Ad aware and spy bot and zone alarm and AVG anti virus.. Make sure you look for the free versions. these should all be free..

After you download and install. Run everyone of them. They will catch what is wrong and most times fix it.. Also download Zone alarm (free) it will help too.. that is a firewall..

Then, IF there is still a virus go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
and let them scan they can fix lots of things too. It is free as well..

God bless & hugs from Texas {:-)

You need to get AVG Anti-virus version 7.0 for home use or 7.1 if networked. You must have Windows XP Service Pack 2 installed for it to work.

AVG anti-virus program is free. download it on the internet. It will pick up the worm and if it wont delete it (slim chance) you may have to format your harddrive. Good luck. It wont be that difficult.
