If you have an iPod, there are two or three german language podcasts that aren't bad. Also, check for people selling old beginning level school books online (teacher's edition gives answers) but that won't help much with pronunication.

www.rosettastone.com and www.audible.com both have wonderful German language learning resources .... both can be downloaded NOW.
the only thing better then this is to book a ticket to Berlin.
