Sure! Just make sure your eggs are very fresh and you give them a quick wash before cracking them open. For safety's sake, drink the protein drink within the hour I think. Oh - crack the eggs into a seperate cup or bowl before adding to your mix, just to exclude shells and check for odors.
Good luck with that, I don't mind a runny yolk in fried eggs but raw whites just ick me out! LOL

It's generally ok I think, though be very careful about salmonella. Also, you might need some adjusting to it - it did do funny things to my stomach the first couple of times I had raw eggs in my shake. Beware of gas.
And mix well. Nothing quite like the sensation of slimy egg white sliding down your throat to make you gag.

You can do if they're from a good source, but beware raw eggs can be hard to digest even blended.
You can add pineapple (a good digestive aid) to the mix.
Also make sure you're not taking to much protein. the body will only absorb what it needs the rest will pass naturally through he body.
Which is flushing money down the drain, so to speak.

You stand a chance of getting salmonella poisoning from eating raw eggs these days.

Just make sure of the source of the eggs. If you know somebody who raises chickens, then maybe you could buy eggs from them?

Sure, you do that. As long as you don't think "Oh My God... I'm swallowing raw yellow egg down and I didn't even check to see if it was spoilt!"
