Really? I think the Da Vinci Code is a fictional work of Dan Brown's.

If The Da Vinci Code is the stupidity of Dan Brown, how come he's the one with the millions of dollars and the big house ?

For those of you who cry "they are only earthly things", don't tell me you wouldn't like the same.

Dan Brown wrote a book. Holy bible is a book 2. Who gave right to peeps to decide which book is true or not. The true is that no one knows for sure if holy bible is true or not. But many many peeps know that censors worked on holy bible and changed it many times to fit to their own politics. And those who are blind fanatic christians will never tell u that this what Dan wrote can be possible

Yeah, it's so stupid that it became the best selling novel, ever. Personally, I think it's stupid that people can't leave the poor man alone simply because they lack the brain power to decipher fact from fiction.

It's just a story based around a theory that's been around since the 1940's. Get over it. If it rocks your boat that much. your faith obviously wasn't that strong in the first place.

Oh and by the way, what you posted wasn't a question.

From an Islamic point of view, I agree with some bits of it:
* Jesus (pbuh) is not the son of God, nor did he claim to be. He was a human being; a prophet and a mesenger from Allah.
* it was the Roman church that made people believe that Jesus is the son of God and the whole trinity delusion.

Also, from an Islamic point of view, I disagree with the basic idea of the story that Jesus (pbuh) was married to Mary the Magdalene and had a child with her. We know from the Holy Quran that this did not happen; Jesus (pbuh) did not get married and did not have children (and was not crucified by the way).

Its the mark of an educated man to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it. I was a great book / movie. If it threatens your belief system it was not that strong in the first place.

Why? Its a great story.
But thats all it is, a story, a work of fiction.
I don't know why people take it farther than that.
The Bible is the True Word of God.
