The smartest most effecient way to lose weight is (AND IM TALKING AFTER EXPERIENCE):

1- Watch the portion size you eat (don't eat in big amounts and don't eat too quickly, ENJOY URE FOOD)

2- Drink lots and lots of water (it flushes out your body from toxins)---> I've had good experience with that!

3- Stay away from EVERYTHING THAT IS FRIED and SWEETS (candy, cookies, doughnuts, cream...)

4- Exercise (30 minutes per day should do it)

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

actually, losing fat must exercise regularly,,,,according to the survey of USA doctors, most useful sports for losing fat is
1.Swimming, it can lose your 700 calories
2.Cycling, lose 550 calories
3.Running, lose 400 calories
