Yes, whatever you read is correct only.
Carbs has got the protein sparing ability.
If you eat/drink only protein just after work out, the protein will be used to regain the energy and not for the building muscles. Well, to save the protein for builiding blocks it is mandatory to take carbs so that the carbs will be used to recover from the fatigue.
Hope you understood the matter.
If not you can write me.

it's not harmful but carbs are your main sorce of energy. having carbs helps keep your metabolism high after the work out.
don't fall in the no carb hype. you need good carbs like fruit, veggies, and whole grains. they keep things moving in your body. eating a no carb high protein diet like some people do will cause you to first lise water weight (which you need) and also clog up your body and make you constipated.

Carbs and protein are both necessary to build energy in the body. Zero carb diets are scams.

Well quantity one it does not appear such as you will have to be wasting any weight, you already weigh little or no. Could be dangerous. But if you happen to desire to move by way of with it, I'll simply let you know. You're slightly doing some thing. throughout the autumn, spring, and summer season, I run from three to five miles an afternoon, and I'm sixteen, and that is no longer so much in comparison to a few individuals. My concept is a million mile an afternoon, for five days every week, then bump it as much as 2 miles an afternoon five days every week after 2 weeks, after which after 4 weeks of that upload one other mile. Don't do any longer than three except you get fairly well.

Well, it is for two reasons:
1- Carbs: They provide you with the energy you need to keep going on after you did your exercise
2- Proteins: They provide the nutrients for your muscles (and muscles are IMPORTANT for toning and weightloss)
Just remember, its how you act AFTER execersing that counts. No carb is a total scam.... just have your serving (like an orangem or an apple.. or any kind of fruit) in moderation...

carbs are a critical part of your diet because they help the body absorb macro-nutrients (protein). so after a workout not only do the carbs help you replenish your energy but they help you absorb the protein you should be taking in.

It is about controling insuline level.
Keep insuline level low throught out the day to keep your body sensitive to insuline. Then raise insuline level high by doing workout, then boost by carbs.
If you want to bulk up, look for diet with Low Glycemic - High Carb, High Protain food. You need carb to gain muscle.
