I haven't been getting much sleep in lately, maybe 4 hours or so. What will that do to my health? Well Yesterday, I didn't go to sleep until 2 PM and i woke up at 6 PM. It is now 3:50 AM, and I plan on doing cardio at 5 AM. What would be the result of all this?

strength training and no sleep do not go hand in hand. i suggest you dont exercise until you have normal sleep patterns. just the lack of sleep alone can ruin your attitude, make you irritable, and just plainly cant focus as well

THE LONG TERM AFFECTS OF SLEEP DEPRIVATION ARE AS BAD AS TAKING MIND ALTERING DRUGS. YOU MAY EVEN APPEAR AS IF YOU ARE AFTER A FEW WEEKS WITHOUT ENOUGH SLEEP.
