Must be a new faze, I haven't heard of it myself, I spose they'd have professional baby tattooists though hey, they'd have to have a keen eye and steady hand. Firstly working with babies is never easy and secondly they'd have to be tinny so as to grow along with the baby and I don't even want to think about the colouring in they do fade eventualy. Oh and by the way it doesn't tickle. :)
