I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

The body by 72% of weight is water. Water never increases one's weight. Its just a myth that people say that weight increases because of water. I think drinking a lot of weight helps get rid off problems or infections in the digestive system but at the same time there is no sense when people drink too much water and reduce weight because of it. Drink and enjoy water. Its got nothing to do with increasing one'e body weight and making you fat unlike soda.

oh yeah!!!!
I have been drinking 64 fl oz a day for about a year now, and I have lost 15 pounds!!! I know that really isnt healthy, but I have water everywhere, and that is all I drink, except for the occasional pepsi or cola...
anyway, drinking water flushes out the toxins much more more often if you know what I mean, but you get used to that. It also keeps your face reletively clean. All I do is wash my face when I get up in the morning, and I'm fine, no creams or anything.(very little acne) a major plus is that you never feel the need to eat endlessly all day. Even when you are bored

yes in some ways, it helps process your food if you take little sips. water is good, too little or too much is bad though. i also know that eating a lot of food that has a lot of water in it like veggies can help you lose weight. combine exercise with dieting and stick to a routine and one diet. to lose weight you have to burn the calories you eat and more to lose the fat. before you eat lunch or dinner load up on the greens so you won't eat a lot of the weight gaining foods. remember control is the key.

Yes it does but you have to be careful because you can drink too "much" water (yeah I know, you can't please anybody, can you?!). There was the case of this one lady who was trying to lose weight and she drank a lot of water but it was being retained in her tissues so she instead gained weight. Stick to the 8 glasses a day.

Yes, it also cools your body and provides you with very needed moisture.
Someone who does not drink sweats less, and sweating consumes calories.
It is also very heathy and taking care of your body allows it to achieve optimally, this will allow all systems to function in a way that will help you exercise and lose weight

too much water can kill you, actually.
you can go a long time without eating and hardly any time without water, so if you fill up on water, i guess you won't feel hungary, but eventually you'll need to eat something solid because your body won't be getting any food. starving yourself is not a good way to lose weight...
