Here's something to think about.

"A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members."

"In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Excessive intake of alcohol, as we know, kills brain cells. But naturally it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first."

"In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers."

Great Q, and the answer is meant to be serious, not vulgar or obscene or sick, so read on, pal:

Why are you limiting yourself only to the brain cells? What about the cells that you sh.at out, you pi.ssed out, you threw out, you sweated out?
You body grows as a parasite-the food that you eat was living, whether plant or animal had life. If that's the case, then you brain cells belong to the creature that helped nourish them, as does the rest of your body. Think deeper and maybe you may end up being a part of along extinct dinosaur in heaven, before you even got an opportunity to assemble as a human in your current form.

Chill out,
All the best-maybe you'll be reunited with you long lost gray and whites one day!

I love how all the religious people think they know God, like they met him or something. Or how they think they can even talk like they have been to heaven or "anywhere near heaven".

It's like this. If you believe there is a heaven and everything is all perfect up there, then you can make the assumption everything will be perfect with you. Religious views aside, I'd say if you're in heaven, brain cells wouldn't be on your mind...no pun intended.

I think you could pretty much ask for whatever you want, but don't generalize and just ask for return of lost cells or you could end up with the return of teenage zit cells and like that. God has to have a sense of humor so he might decide to have some fun with you. My experience with him is that he's like that. By the way, are you interested in running for President? I suggested it once on here and someone has asked me to do it again

Well some people believe that after one dies, they are only a spirit anyway, so you wouldn't even have a body, so therefore no brain anyway. Some other people, like the LDS, believe that eventually you will have your perfect and complete body back(if you indeed were "worthy" and did go to "heaven")

No. Your brain cells will inhabit another brain because they deserve to go to heaven after having lived in hell in your pickled brain for so long.

Some cells were good; they went to Heaven. Some were bad; they went to Hell. You will be cursed/blessed with multiple personality. Damned if you DO, damned if you DON'T.

No. Those brain cells will be reincarnated by their own choice into a teetotaller.
