1). If you are a Christian, Jesus wants you to be kind to everyone no matter what. He died to show what it takes to create heaven, and no matter what "you believe" you are only preparing a warm place for yourself in the biblical afterlife.
2). Why aren't intolerence and bigotry outlawed since it seems that social ills are more likely to come from a hateful self-righteous person than they are from anyone else.
3). There are enough people in the world as it is, so why should love without pregancy issues even be an issue at all?

How would you enforce it? And why? It's a natural process. Attraction has to do with the chemicals that a body produces and how your body receives and processes those chemicals. Some men are attracted to the pheremones given off by men, and some women are attracted to the pheremones given off by women. Some go both ways. Any way you look at it, it's not your choice to make, anyway. It's theirs. Leave them alone, and if they hit on you, just say no thanks and walk away, like you would with an unattractive person of the opposite sex--not that gay people aren't attractive, because they can be, but they're obviously not attractive to you. Why can't people see it like that?

Actually it is, according to Torah. It is an illegal and immoral abomination to God. And since it is only the Jews who uphold and follow Torah, only among Jews is it outlawed.
And since the Christians abolished God's Law, the Torah, being gay is okay with Christians now.

because we have the freedom of choice in the united states. I dont understand why peole have a problem with it...?!! those who have a problem with it should remember to just leave it alone unless they are partaking in homosexual acts so it would not concern them otherwise.

Because you cannot control how other people feel. That would be playing God and you simply cannot do that. How would you like it if people said you can't fall in love with someone? Not possible.
