No they can't. The world is run by MEN and while they think the idea of multiple wives is like heaven, they would never allow that women should have the same power. Amazing aren't they.(men I mean)

Some societies may accept it. I can't see Western societies accepting it though. Polyandry as the practice is known is almost exclusively observed in the Toda tribe of India, where it is sometimes the custom for several brothers to have one wife. In these circumstances, the practice is intended to keep land from being split up amongst male heirs. Polyandry was traditionally practiced among nomadic Tibetans, where it meant two poor brothers sharing a wife. These circumstances are unlikely to apply in the west.

Sure it can. Depends on a society though. For example, if there was a sever shortage of women this option might become viable.
Biologically it makes little sense, though.
One man can impregnate a LOT of women. But a women can only get pregnant once at a time, so she does not really need 4 husbands.

Unfortunately, no. I say this is unfortunate only because it seems that the men who would say so would also be perfectly happy to have more than one woman at once in their lives. Go figure. However, men are also more likely to be terratorial and agressive, although women are learning to be that way as well as we are beginning to see cheating as an unacceptable thing. It's easier to get women to cooperate in a multiple marriage, as well, and women are often less likely to be inhibited about "comforting" each other if the husband isn't around, if that's to their taste, so they're less likely to be sexually frustrated, thus causing more tension. Also, men have this weird thing about women only having babies with them, and if they have kids from someone else, those kids are often treated differently than her current man's children. Again, go figure. Sometimes the human race can be really annoying!

It takes a real man to take care of only one women...
Women are acutally able to take care of more men, than a man taking care of more women...but some socities have it the other way around-
So God made men to feel like they are more sexual-
so intern God gave women the choices and he knew women needed only ONE BRAIN...
