And if you were to take a hot shower, it relaxes your muscles and reduces your chance of getting aches the next day. So yea, take my advise.

yes, it is fine to bathe at once. use an antibacterial soap to help with the elimination of germs and bacteria. the warm water will help you relax too.

yes...its good for youre muscles...helps relax them from the exercise and it helps u loose weight too!!!! even if the latter is just temporary

yes, you should..it's best not to stay in your sweaty clothes for long. Besides, it feels great after a good workout.
