From a teenager's point of view, that's like a Freshman dating a Senior. It happens quite often so I'm sure that some of the teens here would say that it's fine. However, from legal standpoint, it is wrong and the 18 year old could get in quite a bit of trouble depending on how far the "relationship" went.

not gross but morally wrong of the 18 year old as its against the law for someone 18 and older to mess with some one under 18. my hubby is 20 years older then me. if the guy thinks your worth waiting for good for him if not hes using you to feel younger.

At the moment maybe. But in the long run it's only 4 years apart. So it's no big deal. I say go out with this person. Just dont expect to get into many clubs or partying. But yeah go out with him and have fun

NO it wouldnt be gross. It could be problematic though. If he's 18 he 'll ask you for sex, sooner or later and he 'll be able to go out more often and return later than you probaply can. But if you dont have such kind of problems, go for it.
