U can say Dear(Koishii,kawaii,natsukashii)friend(kaonajimi, kouyuu, chijin, yuujin, tomodachi, guu)I(hon'in, warawa, watashi, watakushi, ore, ware, en)am(gozen)sorry(sumimasen)

Gomenasai ( i'm sorry = said by woman )
Gomen ( i'm sorry = informal )

Dear friend ( = itoshino tomodachi (?) it's not used in japanese expression, so wierd , better not using this )
