I m headgirl of my class & I want to know that always giving the names of talkitive fellows to principle is good or not. I think its very tecky.

Not bad,just be honest to the person and to them in a right place and in a good manner,be a good leader,set as an example!

That is not good at all. Being talkative is some people's nature and they should not be criminalised for it. Remember you are in school for only a period and you will meet those girls later in life when you are a head girl no more, and they might be senior people in authority. Ask yourself, "what kind of a relationship would I have with these people later in life when I am out of school?", "what would I want", "what would I want if I was in their position?". Being the boss now does not make you a boss for life. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

You should have to motivate them to make all concentration towards their studies.If you give names to your principle it shows lack of leadership quality in you.
