I have that book too,and I think it was written in the 70s.It sounded far fetched when I read it about 5 years ago but it does seem real now.

This is the end of time
There will never be peace in the Middle East
There will be a cruicial war a total distruction
There will appear the fake Messiah
There will come The Mahdi (Imam of Muslims) will fight the fake Messiah and will kill him in Jerusalem
Afterwards the Muslims will retain back Jerusalem
Jesus will be back to rule and lead the people with equity and justice
There will blow a cold wind which will kill all the beleivers of the world. Only the bad will remain.
The people of Goog and Magoog will emerge from behind the dam to distruct the civilizations.
The Skies will crack and the mountains will fly by like clouds ... the sun will rise from the west and then it is the Judgement day ...
All the dead will rise from their graves and the pregnant will put down their embryos
The man will not know his relatives and wife and the breast feeder will forget her baby
Then all the people are gathered for a Public Judgement by the Only mighty God
The good ones will go to heaven and the bad will be driven to hell

People have been predicting that the end of the world was just around the corner for thousands of years, and we're still here.
It's easy to predict bad stuff will happen, because all kinds of bad stuff happens sooner or later. The fact that one nutcase guessed right a couple of times does not make him a clairvoyant.
Then there's the whole issue of being rational: people cannot predict the future. But people believe all kinds of nutty things when faith and fear are combined. Just take a deep breath, try not to read the Bible so literally, and take it easy on yourself and your neighbors (both those down the street and on the other side of the world). The world's not about to end any time soon.

I think you should stop reading the rantings of paranoid people. As for terrorism and war in iraq; you can not believe everything that comes on the t.v. there is always going to be trouble somewhere in the world. Terrorists want you to be paranoid. If you are really worried and want to know what is really going on, ask a solider, of course they can not devulge everything but i think it will put your worries at bay. Yeah, there are people around the world that don't like Americans, but plenty of people still travel safely and enjoy their lives. People have been saying the world is going to end for quite some time yet. I think they are deppressed. Go out and enjoy the sunshine, if you worry so much about tommorow, you will not have time to enjoy today.

you don't know that the world will end soon, no one knows the time or date. If you have read stuff in the Bible, the Torah, Quran,... about the signs given prior to the millenium, these signs are occurring, but have been occurring for hundreds of years, and could continue to occur for many more centuries. We just don't know, so don't panic. Just try to be a loving and caring person, following your beliefs and striving to progress so you will fill peace whether the end comes when you are still on earth or have passed on. Best Wishes.

Hi! Here's what I think: fear is an addiction and almost everyone seems addicted. If everyone were to send out LOVE into the world instead of fear...Mother earth would be a different place! Cheer up, hon and don't focus on the negative.

If you actually think about it, it would be pretty impossible for the world to end anytime soon unless we had a massive nuclear war. No amount of terrorism or anger will really destroy anything. I'd explain further but it's just so self-evident.
