You really can't. Just be as gentle as possible. Her feelings will be hurt because she can't have what she wants. But she will get over it eventually.

Could be too late not to hurt her. Once feelings are there, they're there!! If your not taking her up on her advances I think she knows the truth but if she continues she obviously is pretending to herself she has a chance. Maybe there's something to be learnt from this for the next time you meet someone!!

just tell her the truth and u should flirt in first place because u maybe hurt her feeling or use her . remmy this is not a doll this is human so be nice to talk with her as a friend it will go away by little .
and dont change ur mind because they will not accept it back..

The best way is to be honest with her. She may be hurt but she should understand and respect your feelings. Letting someone down easy is never easy. You could always get into a fight and get her to break up with you but it doesn't always work and often gets you slapped.

You're sweet for not wanting to hurt her! If you've dropped hints and she hasn't gotten the message yet your best bet is to just tell her how you feel.In private!Sometimes when a person really cares for another they don't always hear what you are really saying!

explain that you are having time on your own to enjoy everyones company and that you do not want to tie down with anyone at the moment, tell her your career comes first for a while but explain that you think that she a great person and someone outthere will be very lucky

tell her before its too late don't go out with her out of pitty it will hurt more just tell her the truth it always hurts that's a fact she'll get over it but if you can still be her friend well and good

Sorry dude, hurt feelings are inevitable. But that's not your fault. Let her down easy. Let her know it's not her fault, she's a great chick, but your not connecting. If you've been seeing her for awhile, do this in person.

tell her the truth now the longer you leave it the more her feelings are going to get hurt just be honest explain how you feel now because if you leave it to long thats girls gonna get even more hurt
