Glioblastoma Multiforme, it is a very aggressive form of brain cancer that develops rapidly and as memory serves no known cure for this type. With speaking with oncologists and through web searches etc the longest I have seen anyone live with this type of cancer is 15 months thats from time of diagnosis to death. Treatment is usually done as palletive care meaning pain mangement and for the quality of life that is left.

I would have told you lung cancer a few weeks ago. My grandfather died of it 15 years ago and my uncle (his son) and my aunt (his sister) are in the final stages with days to go. My aunt in her 70's went to the doctor for a cold she just could not kick no matter what she has tried. She was told after several test that she has lung ancer that has spread through out her body and there was no treatment left and there was only a couple weeks left in her life. My uncle began his journey a litlle over a year ago coughing up blood. After a few test he was told he has lung cancer. At first it was all okey dokey and they said they could remove the lung. When they got him on the table they discovered the tumor was closer to heart his heart than they expected and the surgery was canceled and every type of kemo was tried with no help. Now a few days ago we was told that my grandmother (My uncles mother) has lung cancer. They believe hers is caused from her skin cancer that she has been fighting for years. They believe that her skin cancer has spread to other parts of her body.
I hate to sound grim! But when you hear the word cancer from a doctor pray for the best but prepare for the worst. Spend every moment like it is your last and enjoy and love all around you! Good Luck!!!

Pancreatic cancer is supposed to be the most PAINFUL, every type of cancer has the potential to be deadly. Figure any cancer that starts in your upper body; it can quickly metastasize to your brain.

typically a bone cancer but I do have to agree from personal exp. with the multiform glioblastoma my father in law passed away from that 7 yrs ago... he was gone within 4 months of being diagnosed... after having routine cat scans every 6 months when they saw it there was nothing that could be done... it's like a seed in your head... that builds roots and there is no way to remove them

lung cancer is the deadliest and worst because it inhibits your breathing, you can't live without air/oxygen, and usually it's both lungs or lower lung which cannot be surgically removed so people rely on chemo and radiation, which remissions it, but it usually comes back or spreads alot of times to the liver, kidney and brain.

Allah (God) forbid, almost all the cancers are deadly diseases, BUT remember "ignorance is blessing" therefore I would suggest not to probe such issues/problems.
