What is the Anti-Christ?

Lots of questions. What is "The Omen" about? Is satan really going to have a son? What is the anti-christ and where is it in the bible? Does it have anything to do with the 666 beast?

Ok, to answer all your questions all you need to do is read Revelations. I know it's dense and full of weird scarry stuff but if you really want any answers they're all there.

Now I'll try to address your questions.

"The Omen" is just another lame horror flick, I saw a preview for it and it looks REALLY lame (and kind of scarry). It's stupid and not true.

I don't remember anything about Satan having a son. I've read Revelations four times and it never says anything about that.

There are a few interpretations of "the antichrist" it's either the devil in physical form or anyone who is strongly opposed to Christ. I think both are correct. In the end times there will be The Anichrist, a 7 headed dragon with 10 horns and all that, but in the mean time there are people like Hitler and Nero who are antichrists. The antichrist is mentioned in a few places in the Bible but mostly discussed in Revelations. Just look it up in a concordance.

666 is the mark of The Beast (Satan in physical form). This is also in Revelations.
And it has nothing to do with June 6th, 2006. It's the number six hundred sixty-six, not the digits six six six.


Now go read Revelations, it's a really interesting book.

3. The anti-christ is the human embodiment of satan who is mentioned in the last book of the bible, Revelation. It is also mentioned in 1 John 1:18. Traditionally, the anti-christ is the ruler that will come to unite the world under a one world-government.
4. The 666 beast is a symbol for the religeous leader that is supposed to unite the world under one common religeon.

ANGEL--No space nor time for full details here--suffice to say that 'the omen' simply put is a work of FICTION based on the OUTLINE of SOME of the Bible's predictions....Put together by producers to sell tickets and make big profits....This fascination people have with the WORD TAGS AND SYMBOLS involved with this subject is consistantly amazing to me---NO --satan will not have a son set to be the anti-christ, but the anti-christ will be a man born of the spirit of evil...and he will derive his power from the beast whose SYMBOLIC number is the 666 of such popular domain...All of this can be read for ones self in Revelations in the Bible --but I must tell you here --it is not an easy read and one must step off into it with understanding that it is not a thing to be read as some Lord of the Rings thing---it is hard core words----In closing I must say here that all of this is but the scene setting to the very real events that are to take place here---the hangup people have about these ---things--- are an illusion to misdirect attention from the fact that this man will actually set the world into what appears to be Order for the first time ever and will be accredited with solving all the world's problems (for a time) and all of this will seem to be the coming of a new age of harmony in the world---all before total destruction---if nothing else-- I'm hoping that I have at least stirred some sense of exploration in you to dig beneath the HOLLYWOOD garbage to seek out your own understandings here--for they are of ultimate importance----Peace to You Little One

While as the word anti-Christ is not mentioned in the Bible the word is in reference to the word that is mentioned in the book of Revelation "The Beast". Just as Jesus is the son of God "The Beast" or "The anti-Christ" will be the son of Satin. He will be a man who will serve Satin willingly and devoutly. In Revelation it says that ' he will cause all men free and bond to bear his mark or the number of his name six three score and six'. That 'without this mark no one will be able to buy sell or own anything' The Omen (which means a sign) is some ones depiction of how the anti-Christ may come to power.

Ok the anti-christ i am 95% sure that it is the devils son. Ive seen the omen and its about the devils son and trust me its not scary whatsoever i laughed the whole way through (call me crazy).

The anti christ, means to me and i'll share it with you and then give you stuff from the Bible , o.k ?
It says it all in the' term', a n t i - c h r i s t..... opposed to , or against.. Jesus . So it's" like characteristics" that oppse God. The Bible says, (cause u asked) in 2 Thessalonians.( written about 43 yrs after christ died.) in chapter 2 vs 3 ( Dont be fooled by what they say. For that GREAT day will not come until ther is a rebellion against God and the man of lawlessness is revealed-the one who brings destruction.) and one more, lets shoot over to the book that John wrote 1 John chapter 2 vs 18. it says (Dear children, the last hour is here, You have heard that the Antichrist is coming, and is already many such antichrists have appeared. From this we know that the end of the world has come ). Now this was written 53 after christ..

And actually it does make some sense from what KNOWBIBLE posted here. All men were forced the mark of 666 on June 6, 2006. Commerce, stock markets, stores, gas stations, you name it. on their receipts printed 06-06-06. Though it's not a direct action of Bush, it is under his presidency.

Also it seems there is a movement to re-unite church and state in government from the Republicans and the Bush Administration.

"antichrist" is only mentioned in John's epistles (most scholars agree it was not written by the apostle but decades later by his disciples). In there the writer says "antichrists" (note the plural) can be recognized because they reject that Jesus came in the flesh. So, since I maintain that "christ" (logos actually) was a sort of antimatter hologram, then I must be the antichrist. And besides, "christ" means "Messiah" and clearly Jesus was not the Messiah so there, that proves I'm the antichrist big time (and Paul, the Magdelene, Judas, and Thomas are also).

The original "anti-Christ" was Saul of Tarsus who changed his name to Paul.

Pauline doctrine was adopted by the Catholic church and 99% of Christians are following Paul, not Jesus. The majority of the bible Constantine invented are the writings of Paul.
