Try a tour of the boroughs. Start out in Battery Park, take the S.I. ferry. Then head over to Brooklyn and take a walk through Park Slope. Finish the date with a picnic in Central Park at sunset

Take her to the center of Central park for lunch at the SheepMeadow Cafe....go to the South Street seaport after to see the "Body Exhibit"....very interesting ..go to dinner at Lucky Cheng's,

what have you guys done so far on previous dates?
what about a dinner cruise or something around the city. or go to a museum -- although that may not be too adventurous.

You could tell her you're taking her out to dinner, but she has to figure out where. Send her on a scavenger hunt around the city. Its kind of corny, but its fun (i've done it) and it'll show her you put a lot of time and effort into it!
Saigon Grill is great for dinner...amazing vietnamese food!
