Muhammad was around 600 years after the Bible. For sure, the Jews had trumpets during moses's time, which was hundreds of years before Christ. Trumpets are musical instruments, right?

That would be false. In reality, Islam is a fairly new religion, regardless of the Islam people claims. As for their prophet, he is junior to Christ and King David. If you believe archeology, the Mayans and Egyptians had extremely old instruments, older than Islam. The fact is, if Islam claims the Egyptian instruments, the Egyptians worshiped pagan Gods. I am sure the Islam people don't need to enter that argument.
There is no doubt that the Jews had the first instruments. But the first successful brain surgery was performed by an Egyptian. Again the Islam people really don't want to claim that one either; this was the time of Rah.

This looks like two questions to me. One No, Islam is the most recent of the revealed religions, begun around 500 ad. The greeks, romans, celts, egyptians, chinese etc. had musical instruments thousands of years before Mohommad was born. As for Mohommad playing the skin flute I have no information, however the popular concept of God/Allah is as a metaphisical being. By deffinition he is not physically present. If you know what a skin flute is, you know that this would be incredibly difficult. if you do not, it is a eupemism for providing a male with oral sex. Megan

It is false. Mohammad was born around 570 CE (Common Era, known to Christians as BC-Before Christ). There is archaeological evidence that musical instruments predates modern humans. Neanderthals have used complex flutes as early as 200,000 (two hundred thousand) years ago. Since then, every major civilization in recorded history used musical instruments. This includes the Israeli Jews and European Christians, both of whom predate Mohammad and Islam.

Nope there were musical instruments in the Bible. David played a harp of ten strings thousands of years before Islam came on the scene.

I doubt it. It goes all the way back to the beginning of time...
It was Jubal who is credited to have handled the "harp and organ". You can read it in Genesis 4:21.
Peace be with you!
