No, nor can a opponent strike a boxer in the legs. All contact is to take place "above the belt"

In regular boxing, no, no one may use their legs. Stictly punching with their hands. There is a division called kick boxing where punches with the hands and the feet are allowed but it is not sanctioned by any of the major title belts...i.e. WBA, WBC, etc.

Yes, by moving around the ring with them. Your legs are your biggest form of defense and offense. Those with weak legs tend to get knocked down easier.

He can run like Camacho, he can crouch like Whitaker, but he can't kick, trip or really touch the opponent with his legs at all.

no. under queens bury rules (formulated a couple hundred years ago) a boxer is to only punch with a fist and to hit only above the belt. if you are swinging low enough to hit someones legs, you are doing it wrong. watch some 'Rocky' movies and you'll see :)

i dont believe that there are any rules against blocking with your legs. If someone was body beating u and u brought ur legs up to block (not to attack) i dont think its illegal. Remember, protect yourself at all times
