Bass, the meat is firmer. We have a lot of catfish down in the South, it tastes great grilled but it is more fragile. I hear Talapia is good for all sorts of grilling and broiling. Salmon is really good. Redfish Snapper. Just about any firm meat fish.

Believe it or not, shark meat can be very good for grilling. It does require some preparation though. If you marinate flank steaks in lemon juice, melted butter, pepper and thyme for about a day, then put them on a foil covered grille, and glaze them with a very light barbeque sauce, I think you will be amazed at the taste.
Perch is good as well for grilling. Red Snapper can be a little tough if not marinated first.

Tuna and salmon steaks are traditional. However, with a fish basket you can grill anything you like.

Any firm fleshed fish would be lovely on the grill (BBQ), especially salmon and tuna steaks.
