My 14 year old cousin is always being mean to me. It's not teasing he's hitting me and making comments to me that he knows offends me. I just met him last june. He likes pickin on younger kids but he's beyond pickin on me. He tells me he hates me and that if i ever needed help in life not to ask him because he will never help me...do u think that in reality he would help me if i really needed it?

I think he needs too much help himself right now to be able to help anybody. I think one of two things is going on: he has a crush on you, or he's having serious problems in life and feels like a victim so is thrashing out at other people like you to make himself feel more in control. Since he's picking on the younger kids too, I'd tend to think it's the latter. He's being a classic bully. Do some internet research on how bully's behave, and what you can do to counteract a bully. I think a better question right now is would YOU help HIM if he really needed it? Because it sounds like he does.

well sorry to tell you this and it might even freak you out but he might hav0e a tince of a crush i know i know ewwww but he is my cousin who cares. second this is kind of harsh too but maybe he really doesnt like you god i sound mean but some pople you just cant win over. to contridict my last statement try to win him over find something you guys both like anything it ddoesnt matter make it upo that you like it anything love you loe me alice

He's just being a brat. Hopefully, he'll outgrow it. Stay away from him in the meantime. He's bad news.

It doesnt sound like he would help at this point.....but he has some serious growing up to do...and dont rely on him for anything!
