Are you looking for specifically a Japanese girlfriend? I would read about the culture so you can be informed. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? Get active in whatever club or group that does whatever you enjoy and that will open up possibilities. Also, don't put the pressure on yourself to find somebody. Just do what you enjoy doing and the right person will come along!
