Whats the nicest thing to say to a girl you really like what can make her really feel welcome and happy around me and this is to just a friend not someone you are in a relationship with. For example I'm walking down the hall in school and see the girl I like what can I say to her that she will really like?a compliment. What would some of you girls like someone to tell you but IS NOT CREEPY OR WEIRD.

Hmm..that's a good question. Lots of compliments can be cheesy or creepy or really nice depending on how you say it.
What are some things you like about her? Does she know you at all? Is there a particular color that looks good on her? When you see something specific that you like about her, then tell her.
Example: she's wearing a pretty blue shirt that brings out the color in her eyes. You say, "(her name), that color blue really looks nice on you."
Just keep it simple!

I'm not a chick, but I GET chicks, so you want my opinion anyway :p
Notice something about them. Chicks love that. Because they spend so much time doing things like changing their hair or buying new clothes. So tell them "hey, your hair looks great" when they've changed the style. Or if she's wearing something that looks really new ask her if it is. Tell her it looks good.
Alternatively, you could compliment something besides her looks. For example, if she's funny laugh at her quips and smile and look her in the eyes. Tell her how hilarious she is.

i always get complimented on my eyes.....which means, if he can tell me the color of my eyes.......(mood eyes that do change colors) it means he is paying attention to me and not my chest
another great one is the compliments i get on my cheeckbones.....another wonderful one to use
