Yup. Right now, I just enjoy (like a little kid) the flying (sometimes like a bird, and sometimes playful like superman). I tried aiming for a certain country....not sure if I got there, but I arrived somewhere...lol. So, next time, I'll aim for a place I've actually been before. When I realize I'm in my astral body, I'm not afraid anymore. I was very afraid for many years, because I didn't know what was going on. I'm still a little bit afraid when I realize I'm in the astral dimension/world, but I try to have fun with it now. A few times I felt entering and exiting, both accompanied by a buzzing/ vibrating sound...one time it was so loud that I almost couldn't stand it. Even then I didn't panic, because I knew what was going on. Getting back down, ...back into my body sometimes seems way too fast,...but I just tell myself, "I'll be fine.".. and depending on how my body is positioned I imagine using my arm and hand in such a manner that would allow for a smooth - I call it: home- coming. It's so liberating to know that I'm not the only one who experiences astral projection....because I only found out recently that there are many!

yes i have had a number of experiences with it . they are usually brief, yet in the last few times they have lasted a bit longer. the duration of time as we know it may be around 5 seconds or less. the longest time has been about 1 minute. the intensity of the projection seems to be established with a severe interest in the subject .

Personally I have not, however I have read many books on the subject and I think it is totally possible. Check out a few of Sylvia Brownes books.

Several times, but not yet able to have much control over it. What's that popping sound anyway?

I've achieved lucid dreaming if that counts.
