There are no good diet supplements to lose wieght, it just takes eating healthfully and monitoring your caloric intake combined with a moderate amount of physical activity (running, biking, cardio gym equipment, even lifting weights burns fat). Many dietary supplements either don't work, or affect your heart rate and are unsafe and unhealthy for your body.
In the past I have taken Creatine to build muscle, and other similar dietary supplements, but have found that the only way to become truly fit and healthy, and stay that way is to adjust your lifestyle and exercise.
Good luck!

It depends on if you want to gain muscle as well. If so, protein shakes/bars are a good choice that really help rebuild your muscles. Creatine loads up your muscles and makes you look bigger/stronger, but it's not for everyone. There are some meal replacement bars that you can eat that won't make you as hungry and will still give you all of the vitamins and minerals you need. Be careful with what you get and make sure you read all of the instructions... some things can be dangerous if not taken properly.
